The BCI program begins with a series of training sessions conducted over the telephone.  We conduct our classes over the phone rather than in person, because we feel that as trainers we should lead by example by showing our trainees how effectively we can do exactly what we are asking them to do; communicate effectively with people whose faces they cannot see.

We follow our classes with continuous follow up training.  Throughout each month, we produce a series of highly detailed reports based on either live recordings of employees interacting with customers or 'mystery calls' where we call pretending to be the customer.

Rather than use a simple checklist, each BCI report is a dynamic training guide chock full of real learning value.  Our reports are full of highly detailed, customized comments and each report is given a numerical score.  Unlimited coaching is a complimentary part of our program as well.
