The fact is that a program's follow up training is where 90% of client ROI is garnered, because this is where 90% of the actual training takes place.  The world's greatest trainer could perform their workshop for an organization, but if their follow up training is mediocre, their program's results will be mediocre.  The workshop lasts one day; the follow up training takes place every day.
